Nina has been with the PRGA Program for eight years leading our impact assessment efforts. Throughout her career, she has been a significant contributor to our success. Among her accomplishments are the successful collaboration, networking and support to the impact assessors in the CGIAR system.

As we evaluate our current Program structure, we have decided not to replace Nina's position at this time but we will remain firmly committed to supporting and contributing to the CGIAR impact assessment efforts through our partnerships. The PRGA Program will remain under the supervision of the CIAT's People and Agroecosystem Research and Development Challenge Leader, Roger Kirkby. The Program is in the process of finalizing the recruiting of a new Coordinator and we will make announcement about this shortly.

We would like to thank Dr. Lilja for her contribution to the Program and wish her success in her new position.
