New hardware for the PRGA listservers

We're pleased to announce that we will be moving the currently active listservers to a new hardware and software platform based on the most current versions of the Exim mailer and the GNU Mailman Mailing List Manager.
All our listservers will have a different email address from now on, please notice them:
