To do this navigate to the USER DIRECTORY in the COMMUNITY WORKSPACE area of the left-hand navigation column. Find the name of the person you wish to contact. Click on NICKNAME. You can then send a message to him/her by clicking on SEND A PRIVATE MESSAGE TO.....
