You must be a registered user to use the Meeting Rooms. If you are registered and it still doesn't work you may need to check your browser settings. Webchat rooms use pop up windows. Make sure that these are enabled in your browser.

If you have installed the Google toolbar in your browser, you may have disabled pop up windows. In this case click on OPTIONS in the Google toolbar and disable the Popup Blocker.
