PRGA PROGRAM PUBLICATIONS 1997-2006

Global assessment of State-of-the-Art and Emerging issues

Participatory research and gender analysis are being implemented in many different areas around the world. The institutions, the purpose, and the way in which the approaches are implemented vary. As a result of several key studies commissioned/or conducted by the PRGA Program, as well as an extensive inventorying process both inside and outside the CGIAR, we now have a global benchmark of the quantity, quality, and scope of participatory research and gender-sensitive research being conducted around the world by different types of institutions.
